      Worst company to join - Especially Learning Department

      I worked for 2 years and was unable to find any.

      Cons

      1. Fake promises by the employer 2. Sweet talks and bitter outcomes 3. No proper management or better to say no management 4. Fools people and hire and kicks out with no reason 5. Work load is excess 6. After working for 14 hours, still you will be blamed for every wrong thing 7. Don't think about pay structure after joining HGS especially Learning Department 8. Lies, Lies and Lies

      I didn't hold a job more than 9 months before finding this one. The Challenges never cease if you are up for them.

      Pros

      This company has continually grown (except 2009 and 2010) for the 30+ years I have been here. It affords great opportunity as a result, but not without sacrifice. The company allows for failure - albiet not consistent failure. Solid metrics are in place so that expectations are clearly communicated and rewards a given based on objective perfromance. If you find challenging work rewarding and are looking for a career that not only provides growth but requires it, this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Continual change at a rapid pace case cause some to grow weary. Leading the industry is not for the faint at heart.
