Pros
This is the first company in my career where I was allowed to do things on my own. Management trusts your work and capabilties and reward it at different point of time. Best part of ABI is that it offers you to switch to a different role within the organization in every 2-3 years. Good pay masters if you are ready to take on big responsbilties and ownership.
Cons
This company's culture is both defining and destorying it. Different people have different understanding of the company principles and they can twist it based on their convenience.
