Everything is short-term driven. Leadership cares about the result of the month even if it means you are compromising future transactions Not human centered - challenging is considered as not being an "owner" - creates a culture of fear (specially among leadership) The focus on cost management is so exagerated that they dont hire sufficient people for critical roles and end up paying the consequences with continuous process failures They treat people as pawns - moving you to another country without alternatives and massive salary drops wihtin people of same banding (not consistent) Leadership is caracterised by white (Brazilian mostly) males (literally). Not diversity neither from a gender nor race perspective.
