      How to fix a great culture?

      Pros

      Impactful work, some flexibility to move around, autonomy to make decisions (ownership culture), people with passion (in some pockets of the company) about what they do.

      Cons

      Evolve mindset around Flex Work, the company (c-level leaders) sees remote work in a negative way. The environment in the US is highly political, the culture is broken in many aspects, but ultimately when leaders are more interested in their own agenda than working to build together something meaningful for the organization, you start eroding trust between teams, something essential for the company to innovate.

      CTC as whole package (including variables) which is never paid Good Cab Services Monthly Beer for rs 1200

      Cons

      Everyone plays politics in organisation Only a boss pleaser can survive, either you should have joined through your managers reference or Same Linguistics as of your manager Everyone talks of big thing, reality everyone is on google looking for presentation Best referral Policy, you can create Organisation inside organisation - Refer your friends as your own reportee and screw the people who have been contributing for long in organisation dont open up about your issues to boss or super boss, they will get a point to target and humiliate you

      Well u can forget your family and friends . Once they are done with you will thrown out the very next day . The targets they set are with out any logic , but if you can do magical stuff like turn water to wine this is the best comany for you. let not even go to the bonus side of salary , they keep 30% of your CTC as bonus but best part is they will never pay you that . Thats just a carrot to make you work like a donkey.
