      Pros

      Cab facility no pros guys . It's a trap .save yourself from contract boundations.

      Cons

      Guys all cons are here .Don't fall into the trap . They are hiring on 6 months probation and recycling Human resources. Zero job security. They tell challenging and force you to work like donkey then hire another batch tell them the same . You need to automate everything and give it to machines and go .that's the target . You need to generate additional 100 hours apart from work time which is 10 hours a day .

      Pros

      Free beer allowance Some great brands Quite socialable

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expected your life for little rewards. Nothing was ever good enough. Felt very tick boxy. Very cliquey. They will basically chew you up and spit you out if you’re a little behind on targets. Not worth the headache. Get a job with a company where they value you as a human being and encourage your strengths instead of just focusing on where you’re failing.
