      Pros

      Ambitious dreams. Hunger to succeed. Some great colleagues.

      Cons

      They still have no career track for specialist employees. They're so focused on culture fit (suck up) that the organization is full of people who have no idea of what they're talking about. They don't even attempt to empathize with the plight of employees deeply affected by the bonus hit. A senior leader when questioned responded extremely casually to this.

      Pros

      Good perks, higher management is good.

      Cons

      Middle management fudges alot of information which does not reach the upper management. No help from immediate managers to grow. All they want to do is see your downfall and will do anything within their reach to ensure you are tortured to the maximum. If murder was legal, a lot of people at that middle management would be dead by now.

      Great Expat Leaders, free , beer, good canteen, transport, leave policy, awesome ambience, employe engagement activities.

      Cons

      Indian (Mid level Job level 7A to 5B) leaders are TECHNICALLY ZERO. Focus on PPT & Less on capability. Variable pay/Bonus is a substantial Amount. (greater than <10 %) Indian Leaders are expat at reselling, hence depriving resources (JL 7B & Below of credits, highlights, R&R , Financial gains). Directors create their own comfort zone by hiring ex-colleagues (biased environment (E: ANZ director for RPA/AA/COE team)
