      Pros

      They provide good training for their employees.

      Cons

      Don't care about keeping experienced employees around. If you're older or are at the higher end of the salary range your job may be in jeopardy come their yearly lay-offs before the Holiday season.

      Pros

      There is no good reason other than it is better than sitting home without a job.

      Cons

      The plant is run by immature adults that have turned what was once a reputable family owned business into a frat house. Equipment is failing, processes are breaking down while they focus on ping pong tables and the open bar. If your looking for a stepping stone to make decent money this is for you. However be careful as you will find yourself throwing people under the bus just to advance. If that is for you then you’ll fit right in.

      Pros

      Young organisation Great Brands Very agile and fast moving organisation

      Cons

      Culture - Though they swear by their "Dream, People, Culture" philosophy People - barring some highly inexperienced and incompetent. Most just know how to talk and earn brownie points by taking over someone else's work HR team - Atrocious! Not a good set of people to work with. Self centred and narcissistic bunch of people with little understanding of how things work in corporate though their claims skyrocket through the roof. Malignant and malevolent. Policies - Some exist only as business convenience while others are an eye wash. Disclaimer: Not all employees are bad. Have met and worked with some amazing people in AB InBev as well. But then the bad apples bring discredit to the entire organisation
