      Pros

      Fast paced global company with unlimited opportunities for flexible people. Compensation and benefits are still above average. Casual dress code where/when appropriate. Great products.

      Cons

      Long work hours. Long term planning seems non-existent - quick hits. Resources sacrificed for budgets. Little value placed on experience. Culture places too much value on prestigious degrees. Making friends in no longer our business.

      If you love to travel, love to work hard, and love to play hard, this company is for you. People here are amazing!! So much opportunity for growth and career advancement. Check out the '10 principles' to get a good feel.

      Cons

      High expectations, but I thrive on that. Can be some long hours some days, but they're worth it. Overall, I can't think of many cons for this!
