      Pros

      I was part of SabMiller, a good place to work, bringed for a me a good oportunities to growth, multicultural experience and process improvement knowledge. I don´t have strong knowledge of AB inveb, i had part of the merge, but not had the posibility to continue.. I leaved the Company for people structure reduction.

      Cons

      The Company have policies for "Budget base zero", in this context the goals are very challenging and in my understanding the people work in a constant stress and competency. As i told in the previous point not had the posibility to continue.

      Culture, Focus on result, People, Procedures, Working Team, Project Management, Psychometric Evaluation. There are people who are very committed to their work and passionate about what they do. That is why it differs from others. Every boss can realize teamwork.

      Cons

      Life balance, selection of senior managers. Rigorous and demanding processes. High pressure for work. There are certain bosses that do not generate an adequate accompaniment when the employee requires a reinforcement in the performance.

      great career opportunities, informal approach, thinking out of the box, constantly changing, good products, multicultural environment

      Cons

      work life balance not so good, high stress level maintained, team leads are generally not good managers, extreme cost saving on employees while spending lot on useless projects. abuse of company culture
