Pros
I was part of SabMiller, a good place to work, bringed for a me a good oportunities to growth, multicultural experience and process improvement knowledge. I don´t have strong knowledge of AB inveb, i had part of the merge, but not had the posibility to continue.. I leaved the Company for people structure reduction.
Cons
The Company have policies for "Budget base zero", in this context the goals are very challenging and in my understanding the people work in a constant stress and competency. As i told in the previous point not had the posibility to continue.
