Good benefits in terms of insurance, work life balance, and leaves. The company tries hard to maintain a nice and friendly culture (in reality it still depends on your micro environment, but applause for its efforts though)

Cons

Everyone just pretends to be nice and worry least about company’ s performance. Less competitive salary compared to its so-called peers. No career progression. They rarely promote people. If you just want to be best in what you do right now, trust me you will be same level as you joined the company for ever.
