Good pay, good bonus, good pension.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy, and way too hard to get things done. Hierarchy culture and slow progress. A bit of a dinosaur company, desperately lacking direction, and competitiveness. There is no ability to be naturally promoted and very limited opportunities to develop your career. Far too frequent restructures without proper communication - culture built on fear of when the next restructure will be.
