High pay. Outdoors. Friendly Locals.

Cons

No benifits, No good medical, No share buy ins, No proper managment, No plans for the future just dig dig dig, Breakdowns are blamed on everyone else but they don't see it's there fault for trying to ask to much from there small fleet.

some locaitons are quite remote vacation and time off can be an issue depending if it is hourly shift work or salary work.
