Employee lay-offs, and a general lack of employment opportunities. Company will not be hiring many people for the foreseeable future.

Good remuneration, great team, highly focused on safe working environment in operational areas, subsidized accommodation.

Cons

Long work hours in rural locations. Commodities market is down at the moment so bonuses are flat. Not as much development as promised. Selling a lot of mines at the moment.
