Great company that really lives its values, invests in people and treats them well. Middle managers that I worked with & for were all very competent and serious people.

Cons

Unfocused leadership. In the time I worked there (just two years) it seemed that London's focus changed every few months. Colleagues who worked there longer told a story of constant restructures where office locations changed and managers played musical chairs but no real change happened. I guess the recently announced reorganisation is just more of the same.
