Lost some of its get up and go among employees and management. Become more worn down by procedures . Too many layers.

Pros

Pay was good. Good local & mine staff. People were nice to work with. Mines were clean and safe. Many professionals within the office. Flexible work hours (start and stop).

Cons

Expected to work long hours. Expected to be available on a moments notice (i.e. drop your plans). Many cannot take vacation time (multiple weeks carried over year after year). Expect to be called while you are on vacation! Executives are managers and not leaders! They talk a good talk!
