Competitive salary but you have to put in the hours. Nice people

Cons

Chaotic workplace with poor communication resulting in disgruntled employees. Very poor work life balance. Minimal training budget and support for junior engineers.

The salary was good. The benefits were ok. The bonuses were even better. Some of the people were nice to work with.

Cons

Most of the people don't exactly know what they're doing. Majority of the people in positions of power are racist and sexist. The work was boring and redundant. Not challenging at all.
