      Anglo American is an organisation that looks after its people so much and put their safety both physical and mental at first always and, your coworkers make it even better. It is also an organisation that offers great career progression and work/balance. Really proud of working here!

      Competitive salary and a lot of benefits with good work and life balance

      Pros

      I worked with Anglo American for years and the culture is superb, very transparent in terms of what's behind your bonuses etc. The systems, procedures, processes and governance are very efficient and could be the company for best practices.

      Cons

      The company is open for feedbacks and to change for the better. The only cons is that there is a fast paced of organizational restructuring.
