      Great Company and Dream Role to Work in

      Pros

      At Anglo there are lot of growth opportunities to advance your career. Learning is an everyday thing, there isn't many competing interest. The Organization Pays well and they have a good retention policy.

      Cons

      Unfortunately Anglo American has to some extent a leadership vacuum in many key areas. You can end up leaving the company because of leadership whom aren't aligned with the values of the organization. Like many other old companies, Anglo has Legacy issues which comes back from many years ago, there are still salary disparities between White and African Professionals. To some extent white professionals are still preference to leadership

As a large corporate company, it can be a challenge to ensure a consistent culture across the board however we can assure you that we are always working towards improving our processes and we are always open to suggestions and feedback.
