      Pros

      Great bonus structure. Great company values, very serious about anti-bullying and harassment so nobody can shout and belittle you in meetings like I’ve experienced in other companies. Flexible work hours Lunch allowance Brand new working equipment (laptops, keyboards, mouse, bags, screens) Vouchers through competitions

      Cons

      The team I’m in is not very team like. Old people reluctant to change You feel like you’re at work Teams work in silos Slow to change and senior management doesn’t delegate and trust their teams. Can you imagine an executive approving a reimbursement procedure at the mines.
