High levels of racism and white boys club

Good relaxed environment Quite competitive compensation including bonuses

Cons

No recognition of merit. Everyone gets the same bonuses. Big difference in bonus rates at different levels but participants of the white boys club are always given preference during promotions Lack of diversity in high and middle management. Some teams are completely led by white males.

Pros

Wide global reach offering opportunities to relocate. Offer good benefits, including free breakfast/lunch, gym, yearly share awards, decent bonus scheme. Good employee welfare programs.

Cons

Convoluted band system that they hide behind, no clarity on salaries. Huge gap between different bands bonus schemes. Not particularly strong recognition of results. Can be difficult to move internally with lots of red tape. Slow decision making.
