      Global player still with bigger ambitions, very sound and consolidated approach to the markets and to the projects, no adventures, thinking big but with feet on the ground, sustainability of the business model in permanent assessment, big focus on people and individual development, human and professional side by side.

      Cons

      Sometimes slow decision process due to excessive centralization in the main HQ, matrix organization still not well interpreted by all, sometimes generating more inefficiency and responsibility dilution instead of leveraging the processes
