      friendly people has some kind of a career development plan depending on the area and the people you work with, you might have good chances to grow fast big company, big family

      Cons

      work/life balance meritocracy is still a theoretical concept salary and benefits not clear for all big company, functions as a big family Too averse to risks in countries different than Brazil All the roads lead to the HQ in Brazil, delaying the decision-making and diluting responsibilities Has been constantly restructuring the matrix for the last 3 years

      Bad operations supervision in some countries Less than the best country managers A lot of people have a much, much better salary when compared with other employees with the same or even much better and longer work experience
