Andersen has tremendous opportunity for growth. The partners are encouraging of your career path and want to see your success. There is also opportunity to work on a variety of tax issues and with a variety of groups.

Cons

Pay could be better (but that I feel like is something that could be said at any firm). 401k could also be increased.
