Best people to work with and gain knowledge from in the industry. Awesome culture, everyone loves to be there.

Cons

The hours during the busy season are pretty tough, but I would say that is pretty industry standard.

The overall culture of the company is great....especially for an accounting firm. Most people are supportive and instructive, and many are eager to have a positive learning environment

Cons

The work hours can be quite demanding. Pay is competitive for the industry, but promotion program makes it difficult to quickly rise up the ranks as its a very traditional promotion structure
