      Andela helps you to scale up very quickly and become a topnotch developer because of the exposure it gives its client-facing developers as well as the opportunity for collaboration from a big pool of talented developers across the three locations it currently has branches.

      If you are not careful, you could get too comfortable working as a developer in there and fail to expand your skillset by seeking work elsewhere
