Cons

For a young startup, this place is fantastic. You may probably find a better paying job if you look hard enough, but you wouldn't find a company with a better support structure, work environment & culture.

+great location/tons of food area and coffee shops +friendly environment in terms of bringing pets

Cons

-lack of management -lack of operations/process -no clarification into hiring process -no flexibility in terms of WFH -no communication between managers & peers -lack of trusting and giving a chance for growth -All over the place/not organized -always high on favoritism to some employees -no training but high expectations
