- Parties. - Culture. - Exposure to professional Software development.

Cons

- Poor pay in comparison to other tech companies with developers at the same level. - Management politics overrides the needs of the developers. - No training/ teaching contrary to what is sold to the public and if you fail to learn on your own, may result to PIP and being fired. - Policies that affect culture. - Clashes between developers and management. - Developer's job being at the mercy of managerial heads who have no context or background in software development. - Division between management/staff and developers. - Limitations all around a developer's life.
