I think the JDs and hiring process is truly misleading - for most people. Within 2months of joining the company, your JD takes a 180 degrees turn - for the worst in most cases. You end up into a role that you didn't sign up - this is frustrating and disappointing.

Lunch, breakfast and snacks while it lasted. Going full remote has removed this benefit.

Cons

Compensation sucks, does not match the quality of work delivered by developers. Management decisions change constantly, does not feel stable
