A mixed bag - but I've enjoyed it

Pros

It really depends on your team/role but I work with really sound people, interesting work, lots of autonomy, and really rate my manager. Been here 7 years.

Cons

It can also be a really toxic work culture with poor management, too much work load. And it's really luck of the drawer depending what team you end up in.
