Hate working here. Disrespected everyday. Not seen. Management ignores employees concerns and thoughts.

Different environment everyday. No same day twice. The donors are always fun to talk to. Can be a fun and fast paced environment

Cons

No communication. Management doesn't listen to what is needed by staff. Staff is taken advantage of. Current employees are stepped on. Especially lower staff. Management is more concerned about themselves instead of working as a team. Management doesn't care about it's employees. Hours are never stable

Meeting new people and the illusion of helping others.

Cons

Back breaking work, very low pay, no time off. RC is money driven. Over booked appointments and under staffed. Just the way they like it (more profits for them). Equipment malfunctions and the vehicles are filthy. Donor sites sometimes have no heat, mold spores, and unsanitary conditions. The whole organization is complete dysfunction which leads to extremely high turn over rates here. Good staff do not stay because of this.
