It feels good to help people successfully learn a vital skill. Also their ordering and supply management was pretty solid. Occasional mix ups but nothing impossible to overcome if you're good with your own supply management.

Cons

Low pay. Not many full time spots available. Schedule is at their convenience. Frequently sent out of the coverage area. Extremely slow room for advancement if any at all.

Union benefits (Not company benefits) New Union pay Management has started respecting us (Union caused this)

Cons

Before Unionizing, we were constantly losing staff. Most people would only stick around for a couple of months. (This still happens, but not as frequently)
