The ability to work remote (1 day a week only in office).

Cons

Alot to learn and keep up with. The pay isn't enough because of the many things you have to do and learn. Still somewhat lost after training.

Some of the worst management (aka leadership) I've ever experienced HR and Ombuds office only serve the company; "Love it or leave it" mentality "work/life balance" is a mantra not a reality Lip service to a collaborative work environment
