Very easy going place to work, very laid back enviroment. People work here because they care for the overall society and the needs thereof.

Cons

Growth doesn't come easy. Some people get promoted faster then others whether they're qualified or not.

The opportunities, when considering how easy going the management is, are great. No stress beyond work goals and great benefits.

Cons

there is nothing I dislike about the ARC besides waking up at 5 am to complete my work. Everything else is great.

You cannot beat the mission. If you want a job where you can make a difference every single day, this is it. Benefits are great and pay is very competitive.

Cons

Sometimes it would be nice to know where we are going in the long term. I love what I do and want to do it for a long time and want to know that it will be there to do for a long time.
