Pros

There is a definite acknowledgement that daily work impacts the lives of our friends and family members. Most workers share the passion to contribute to the community. The company has invested much in the roll out of the new computer system that will be of benefit in terms of consistency and compliance and positive donor experiences.

Cons

Changes are constant and not always of value. The lack of communication between the various functions at least in Biomedical Services is evident on a frequent basis. The project plans are well established but timeline slips are routine.

The absolutely best thing about the organization is its mission and its purpose.

Cons

The company doesn't offer tuition reimbursement and has very limited areas departments where promotion is possible.

humanitarian mission and purpose, helping people in need and/or supporting those that do. Feeling a sense of pride that you are involved with an organization that does good for humanity

Cons

ARC is good at hiring talented and knowledgeable people but then they do not listen to or value their input at a professional level
