Flexibility to work around my other job and school. Always meeting interesting people in your own community. Doing good for the community.

Cons

Dummy-proof curriculum. This gets really boring to teach. General confusion as to who should be contacting you with details for courses. Decrease in capturing market share.

This was an perfect job to gain experience in social services. The after hours work allowed for very good job flexibility that worked well with school.

Cons

There was no connection with the daytime staff so it made it impossible to really feel like you were a part of the team or truly working towards the mission.

Cons

If you work full time, I would not bother. Also you have to sign up, and wait for a orientation to register with them. Yes, its non-paid.
