Pros

People are almost always happy to see you. You get to see the best in people.

Cons

Everything is always changing. Whenever you get the system down they redo everything. They have cut several employees and the hours of the employees they kept and expect the same amount of work to get done.

Pros

Great atmosphere. Fun place to work, good vibes. Gives you a great feeling to get up and go to work every day knowing that you are helping save lives! Provides awesome benefits, and the most flexible scheduling I've ever had at any employer.

Cons

Not the best for the worker not fond of telemarketing or telecommunication jobs requiring sitting on the phone for the entire shift.
