      Wonderful Culture, Fantastic Work-Life Balance & Benefits, Salaries a bit low compared to the market

      Great culture, awesome work-life balance (37.5 hr work weeks and option to telework), management really cares about the well-being of it's employees.

      Cons

      I'm not sure if this is true for all roles, but my salary is a bit low for the position I am in, compared to the market, and considering my experience and skillset.

      Pros

      Pure autonomy. But then, that can cause problems, when your supervisor is checked out. It's in a fairly good location (I'm grasping, here, I am at a loss).

      Cons

      Had to dumb down my language some, on occasion. Some staff were arrogant (and believe me -- for no good reason!!). "Leadership" was just a nightmare. Pretty much everyone who wasn't a total mouth-breather had to be made a VP to keep them there. (Why bother?!) Very clique-ish. Just a playground for those between good roles. As the member leaders used to say (I heard them), "Nobody GOOD ever stays at AGA." So true.
