Pros

Work life balance Good employee care subsidized food, free snacks and fruits supporting environment Seniors and juniors are treated equally. Pay is good.

Cons

Not so good for building a career. Less skilled work. For internal job posting, need to wait for 18 months, no guarantee after that. Don't trust on the job description which is designed and glorified. If the application you use is based on java, they will unnecessarily put JAVA in JD , to attract you.
