Pros

Excellent company with awesome benefits. I was completely satisfied with my tenure there. Employee benefits are best here. They have iCare budget for employees, surprise cash rewards and recognition and bonus in the beginning of year. Care for employees is the one that I love here in the company.

Cons

In terms of work, the core competency skills might be affected a bit. Because Amdocs have stronger framework and all we would be working is on service layers. Chances of relocation are nil. No work from home option.

1. Employee care and nice food / free snacks, breakfast etc. 2. PBG has good hike(no onsite) while delivery division provide frequent on site opportunities. 3. Friendly environment

Cons

1. Too much automation, your knowledge base will be restricted 2. Use of too many proprietary framework and tools. 3. Do not promote use of open source frameworks or new technologies 4. Lack of promotion 5. Politics in management 6. Apart from PBG or delivery, other divisions should be avoided
