      Pros

      1. Employee care and nice food / free snacks, breakfast etc. 2. PBG has good hike(no onsite) while delivery division provide frequent on site opportunities. 3. Friendly environment

      Cons

      1. Too much automation, your knowledge base will be restricted 2. Use of too many proprietary framework and tools. 3. Do not promote use of open source frameworks or new technologies 4. Lack of promotion 5. Politics in management 6. Apart from PBG or delivery, other divisions should be avoided

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
