Working at Amdocs facilitated a good work/life balance. They were approachable and usually agreeable in respect to requests for remote working, or hours off to address personal tasks

Pros

Good workable environment. Flexible hours. Travelling if you like it. Training of new people.

Cons

Technologies used are mostly not used outside the company. Working a lot of overtimes as per the requirements of the project. Not much growth, not even able to relocate even if there is a portal for this. The center in Cyprus has less opportunities than the centers in Israel and India. Very few people can follow a different path than becoming a team leader on the technical part. Not many opportunities for having an analytical/consultant position.
