      Working at Amdocs facilitated a good work/life balance. They were approachable and usually agreeable in respect to requests for remote working, or hours off to address personal tasks

      career development was poor career management was poor career opportunities were poor morale was very poor enthusiasm was low many projects may be unsatisfying or unrewarding

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
