      Could be good for entry level job without great career expectations

      Pros

      Flexible hours, relaxed and very informal corporate culture, good benefits, multi-national culture due to mix of employees from different cultures

      Cons

      management ignores personal life completely, a lot of requests to work extra time / weekends without any compensation, company reacts to market changes very slowly

      Pros

      Flat structure, one can approach any level of management regarding issues. Work culture is good and timings are flexible. They pamper employees to an extent with respect to team outings, unlimited provisions of fruits, sandwiches, breakfast and snacks daily and other such small benefits.

      Cons

      Work is very monotonous. Few teams do substantial and good work. The rest are mainly for support of existing products. Its not as glamorous as people outside the company expect it to be. Though initial packages are good, raises are not at par with industry standards.

      Pros

      Good for techies to progress if one is in the right group. Possible for techies to rise in management as well. Perception of being friendly to employees.

      Cons

      Appeared to be tightly controlled by management in Israel. Could end up in a role where one is doing mundance maintenance work rather than any new creative work.
