Good place to build billing system experience

Pros

The ability to leverage yourself deep into the billing world and work with the largest Telecommunication companies to gain great experience.

Cons

When dealing with the delivery team, sometimes it seems that it can be a difficult task especially when it is "one" company.

Premium services organisation in the telecommunications space Good products and breadth of solutions Flexible working arrangements Good exposure to Tier 1 service providers

Cons

Complex matrix organisation for it's size Cultural challenges relating to business in some countries Travel and expenses benefits are not good Poor partner relations Company care of employees on the ground is unsatisfactory North American business model focused which doesn't translate to emerging markets

Pros

I can't think of any at this point.. maybe a good starting point for freshers or those looking to get into the industry.

Cons

Downsides were many- 1) Favouritism 2) Glass ceiling that prevents growth 3) Poor compensation 4) Communication not clear 5) Little work life balance
