      There are no pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      AT&T turned over our jobs to Amdocs. After the first year, layoffs began. Every few months, there were more layoffs. In order to get everything done, mandatory overtime was imposed. Later, mandatory overtime was increased. Finally, a certain benefit promised to all newly acquired Amdocs employees was completely taken away. It was a very difficult time for all of us involved.

      Pros

      Coworkers that are willing to work themselves to death to deliver, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Decent salary and benefits

      Cons

      Helpful coworkers do not extend to management or HR. No work/life balance. No growth plans. yearly reviews turn into high school popularity contest if you're even lucky. Most times promotion will depend on your last name.

      Pros

      Good medical benefits, dental and vision acceptable. Does offer 401k. No retirement.

      Cons

      Offshores work to India as quickly as possible. Primarily is an outsourcing company for larger companies such as AT&T. These companies outsource the work and employees which disguises any downsizing on their part. Then Amdocs lays them off as quickly as possible and replaces them with Indian offshore employees.
