Pros

I got to work on core ETL/SQL project. Leaves policy is really good.

Cons

I was so excited to work here, but the team was so biased. I was the lone tester, and the rest were developers and business analysts who were reporting to the same manager. Nobody gave me proper knowledge transfer (KT), and they didn't even help me whenever I was stuck. I would cry so many times because they made me feel as if I'm dumb. My manager would only receive negative feedback from the team I was working with, so it became difficult for me to justify myself every time. I asked my manager to change my project, but he didn't. As soon as I handed in my resignation, my manager's behavior towards me changed completely. He started saying, 'You didn't work hard, and we received lots of complaints, but still, we never blamed you.' I was heartbroken because I gave my 100%, and I always thought my manager would support me. I came to know very late that I could have approached HR, and they could have released me from this project after completing one year here. My Scrum Master and Product Owner didn't even say two words to me on my last day. It's so sad that my dream company left such bitter memories.

Pros

- Great place for learning. They give you linked-in plus which has training videos of any technologies. - Unlimited vacations. - Little management oversite. You make up your schedule. - If you like contract work and out going, this is the place to be! - If you work on the AMDOCS side it can be amazing!

Cons

- Little to no training. Learn as you go. If you're an introverted person, this may not be a place for you. Be aggressive and ask questions! - Lack of long term directions for career growth. You're thrown into a position and you have to work. - You're not salary, so you have to clock 45 hours a week. - You're a contractor, and some vendors are not helping in your training. - No real structure in how work is assigned (depending on the group). No scrum or anything but that depends on the vendor. - You're exposed to next gen technology but actually don't work on it depending on the group your in. - Unlimited vacation -- yeah there's a catch... You really can't take 2 weeks off, because of the nature of your work. You don't have a true backup like a normal company. - Generally not a good place for kids out of school because of the stress and nature of the work. It's better for an experienced developer. - I've never worked at a place before where they hire so many bad Java Developers and Java is an easy language.

Pros

Large. You get to know dozens of people

Cons

Became cynical and evil. McKinsey became close and influential consultant to Executive mgmt on June 2020, and it shows. Opportunistic downsizing in the height of Covid-19 ( most people remained unemployed for VERY long time). At the time the company published record quarterly revenue and income. Less than a year later, following massive resignations, the company panicked and tried to recruit people back with +25-40% higher salaries… and now, again, company is demoting people when they change positions, and planning to fire people again (mainly is US and Israel). Bad,, unstable, stressful atmosphere all around
