Pros

Work Associates and local managers were great. Lots of flexibility with work schedule and handling of Coronovirus was well done. We were allowed to work from home through end of 2020 . Those that preferred to come to the office were able to, with good precautions in place.

Cons

My responsibilities were too much for one person and upper management overseas in Israel had no idea as to what the role entailed. Work load increased every year due to numerous acquisitions.

HR unit name changed to 'Amdocs People' just to express people centricity at 30,000 Feet but in fact nothing changed, HR Organization decides Salary Raises, Relocation Process remains COMPELX & USELESS 4. Be Ready to sacrifice your weeks and Work-Life-Balance if you are in Delivery Organization 5. Senior Leadership tries to remain away from Ground reality like Attrition, Salary Concerns, Poor HR Processes 6. You will give your hardest and smartest work and get Peanuts in Appraisals
