Top-down hierarchy. *Require occasional evening/weekend work. **Open source software. *But you can work 1 day at home and if work 2 days on weekend you can take a day off. **Company is moving to this direction.

% years of Exp now with Amdocs. Company has good working Environment and standard yearly hike of 10-15% with high job security.

Cons

Learning is comparatively slow process here in terms of new tools and technology. Less exposure to latest trends in technology. Growth is becoming hard to find these days.

Occasionally innovative Amdocs has some very dedicated and hardworking people Amdocs pays above the market rate, but expects a lot for what they pay Amdocs has a lot of potential, but isn't able to move quickly enough to realise it

Cons

Poor leadership unable to inspire or motivate Aggressive culture combined with poor decision making Little loyalty towards employees, when the going gets tough the management start laying people off Poor approach to customers so that even though they deliver on their projects the customers are generally unhappy with the experience Nepotism is rife
