Pros
Task lead work environment. If you have task that needs to be completed, then everyone will be on top of you, if you are lucky enough to have no pending tasks (believe me you will get that heavenly time), then no one cares about your existence. Good working environment and good work life balance. Onsite chances are good (Project dependent). Supportive leads and manager.
Cons
Almost negligible learning. Working on age-old technologies and everyone is in denial to change. Pathetically lazy HR and Finance department. There are almost no good policies and if there are a few, no one cares to abide by them. Its only possible in Amdocs that a senior may have less salary than a junior.
